C. Jill Campbell, EA

Jill has over fifty five years' experience as a tax planner and thirty years as a money manager. Throughout her career, which began by offering tax and accounting services in 1970 when she and her husband first opened the doors to Campbell Tax. She has always sought to bring a greater breadth of services to her clients. Today Jill focuses on a holistic approach to advising clients in matters of tax, investments, insurance, and risk management. She feels responsibility for her clients and their financial success.

In 1996 Jill added investments and wealth management to the practice. At that time she also began developing a team of professionals to better meet the needs of her clients. This culminated in her renaming Campbell Tax Services to Campbell Tax & Financial Services, a full-service wealth management firm. In 2016 Jill transitioned the practice over Michael Sutherland and it was renamed Sutherland Campbell Tax & Financial Services.

Jill is an Enrolled Agent, a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the US Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers. She is an Investment Advisor Representative through LPL Financial, a leading broker-dealer and registered investment advisory firm. She holds multiple security licenses including that of Series 24, Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction. She also holds a Series 7, 51, 63, and 65 through LPL Financial, along with a California insurance license. Jill is proud to be one of the Founders of Mission Valley Bank. She served many years on the Board of Directors of The Planners Network, a group of financial advisors from across the country. She served two terms as President.

Jill lives in Irvine, California where she is active in local charitable organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors, serving as Treasurer, of the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission. She was honored by that group in their first annual Women of Honor for her community service and passion for helping the homeless. She served on the Sun Valley Neighborhood Council for two terms which directly introduced her to the plight of the many homeless in her area. In 2007 she led a team of community business leaders to begin a Mobile Shower Ministry which currently provides showers, clothing, and meals through the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission and has since served with a team in Costa Mesa to expand mobile shower services into Orange County.

Jill is married to Kenneth Pearce – they share a love of the Lord and commitment to family. Both were widowed and married in 2009 after meeting again at their 45th High School reunion. Jill counts her blessings, thanking the Lord every day for a wonderful family, children and grandchildren, as well as her family of clients.
