Karin Gannon

Karin Gannon joined Sutherland Campbell Tax and Financial Services in March 2024 as additional “Tax Season” support, where she assisted behind the scenes checking and double-checking tax return input and preparation. Karin has been employed in the tax and accounting industry for almost 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Liberal Studies and began working at a small accounting firm right out of college. During her 29+ years at that firm she advanced from receptionist to office manager and then to staff accountant. As a staff accountant, Karin was an integral part of the bookkeeping and tax preparation services provided by the firm. She is excited to continue her career in this field with the SCTFS team and she is looking forward to meeting and collaborating with their valued clients. Karin is a registered California Tax Preparer.     

Karin resides in Simi Valley with her husband Casey, their son Connor, and a menagerie of pets including three Australian Shepherds (Brix, Hazel and Wiley) and two rescue cats (Gunner and Lily).  In addition to her animals at home, Karin has two beautiful horses (Cooper and Remi) that live in the San Fernando Valley. Karin spends most of her leisure time caring for and riding her horses and entertaining her very busy and energetic dogs.
